The Ultra-Lite CARBON Motorised Wheelchair is the lightest foldable electric wheelchair in the world. It weighs only 11.7 kg without batteries. The sleek frame is made from carbon fibre which is rust-proof, lightweight and sturdy.
It can be folded in 3 simple steps like a manual wheelchair, making it highly portable and easy to transport in a car.
The battery is detachable and allowed for bringing onboard airplanes as carry-on baggage (subject to operator approval). Each battery allows up to 10 km of travel for the 6AH battery or 15 km for the 10 AH battery. You can add an to go further.
The batteries can also be charged off-board. This means you can leave the wheelchair in the car and charge the batteries in your house.
