Should you wish to return our items, we can arrange for a one-way collection from your location by courier. Do bear in mind that returns are subject to our refund & exchange policy.
We will only accept refunds/exchanges provided they meet the following guidelines:
For refunds: Purchases made within 3 days
For exchanges: Purchases made within 7 days
Proof of purchase: Original invoice/receipt
Items must be in original packaging and unused, in brand new condition
We do not accept refunds/exchanges for hygienic or disposable products (e.g. bathroom aids, incontinence products, creams, gels, etc.)

For all orders exceeding a value of 100USD shipping is offered for free.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
